T-Ray Science Completes Private Placement

Vancouver, Canada: T-Ray Science, Inc. (TSX-V: THZ) announces that it has completed a private placement of 1,250,000 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.20 per Unit for gross proceeds of $250,000.  Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one half common share purchase warrant, each full warrant entitling the holder thereto to acquire a common share at a price of $0.30 for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.

In addition, the Company will pay an 8% cash finder’s fee to a party that referred the subscriber to the Company.

The securities issued are subject to a hold period based on applicable securities laws from the date of issuance.  Completion of the private placement is subject to final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
